Q: Why should I have a service plan?
A: When you pay for service as you go, you never know when you’ll get hit with a big repair bill. For only a little bit more than the cost of an annual tune-up, added protection for more than $3,500 in repairs. And you’ll feel good knowing that we’ll be there quickly any time you have a problem.

Q: Are all service plans or agreements the same?
A: No. Our plans cover more repairs than just about anyone’s. Many companies use subcontractors instead of their own employees. When they service your system, they don’t use professional testing equipment or vacuum the chimney base. Others don’t carry enough parts on their trucks to ensure they can fix most problems on the first visit. We do!

And while some say they have 24-hour service, all they really have is an answering machine to take your call, which nobody hears until morning.

The bottom line: Your service plan is only as good as the company that offers it. And no one backs their promises with written guarantees or rewards you for your loyalty like Wilson

Q: Which plan is right for me?
A: It depends on the level of protection you’re most comfortable with and the type of system you have.

Our Elite Protection Plan covers many items that are most likely to need repairs. It is best suited for newer oil heating systems, or for people who can handle some repairs themselves.

Our Premier Protection Plan covers almost anything that might go wrong with your oil heating system, including some very expensive parts. It also covers multiple zones for those of you with more than one circulator.

Don’t hesitate to call or contact us if you have questions.

Q: Do you service gas and propane systems?
A: Absolutely! Our technicians and installers are equally adept with gas and propane systems as they are with oil heat systems. We also offer a Gas Service Agreement to help you save money on repairs.

Q: Do you cover central air systems too?
A: Yes. Our Premium Central Air Conditioning Service Plan saves you money, prevents problems and extends the life of your system, as well as covers most things that typically can go wrong. In addition, you get a discount if you purchase this coverage with a heating plan.

Q: What are Loyalty Credits?
A: Each year you buy a service plan, you earn $75 in Loyalty Credits, which you can use toward the replacement of a furnace or boiler, burner, air conditioner, etc. You can accumulate up to $500 in credits. Loyalty Credits are our way of rewarding you for your loyalty. See the service plan agreement for details.

Q: Are there any repairs not covered by either plan?
A: A few. So there are no misunderstandings, we’ve listed all exclusions clearly on the back of the service plan agreement. If you need repairs on these items, you would be charged for parts and labor.

Q: Does it matter whether I have a boiler or a furnace?
A: No. The plans are designed to cover either kind of system. That’s why there are some parts listed that your system doesn’t have. However, you don’t pay extra because of them.

Q: Can I break up my plan or agreement payments?
A: Yes, on our Service Advantage Even Pay Plan. When fuel heat customers enroll in our budget plan we break up their home comfort costs into low, even monthly payments to protect them from unexpectedly high monthly bills.

Q: Do all customers qualify for your Even Pay Plan?
A: Any heating oil or propane customer on Automatic Delivery qualifies for this plan.

A: Just go to the sign-up page, fill it out and submit it.
